Bob Calcagni is the President and founder of Homewood Benefits. He has over 30 years experience working in the insurance business, with 25 of those years attributable to consulting and brokering health and welfare plans.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds State of Maine licenses as a Resident Producer and Consultant with Life and Health Authority. Additionally, he holds State of New Hampshire licenses as a non-resident Producer and Consultant as well as Producer licenses in the other New England states. Bob is a Registered Representative with Series 6 and 63 security licenses and has earned the GBA designation.

 | Carol Calcagni
Carol Calcagni is the Office Manager of Homewood Benefits. She graduated from Keuka College in western New York State with a degree in biology. After six years of working in a laboratory, Carol left to pursue her interests in sales and promotion. She and Bob moved to Yarmouth from northern Vermont in 1980. After managing a catalog business and a law office, she began working in her current position of Office Manager for Homewood Benefits.

 | Karen Bridges
Karen is an Account Executive handling new sales and service for clients in Maine and New Hampshire. She has over 25 years of experience working in the insurance field, primarily in the self-funded arena, for several large Third Party Administrators. She spent many years in the operations role as Director of Claims and Account Manager for larger employers. She has also worked for an insurance agency in the New Hampshire area.
Karen is a graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington and holds Maine and New Hampshire licenses as a Producer with Life & Health Authority. She holds the Group Health Insurance Certification from the Health Insurance Association of America and is currently pursuing the CEBS designation.

 | Debra Levine Princor ® Registered Representative
Debra is the Pension Specialist at Homewood Benefits. She has 19 years of experience working with employee benefits. Her responsibilities include the service and sales of all types of retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), cross-tested profit sharing and defined benefit plans. Prior to joining Homewood Benefits, Debra was Vice President of Retirement Plans at Pioneer Investments. Her past experience includes supervising account managers and plan administration departments at various financial institutions. She has also taught continuing education classes on a variety of retirement plan subjects.
Debra is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and has earned an M.S. in Financial Services from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She is a Registered Representative with Series 6 and 63 security licenses. Debra has earned the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) from the College for Financial Planning, and Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Actuaries.

 | Rachel Taylor
Rachel Taylor is an Account Executive with Homewood Benefits. She works with clients' Human Resources departments and insurance carriers to ensure that the day-to-day operations of their health and welfare plans run smoothly. Rachel's responsibilities include setting up operational procedures for clients and coordinating the execution and delivery of all plan documents to the appropriate parties.
Rachel's 19 years of experience include working in commercial insurance where she specialized in large case property and casualty and workers' compensation service. Rachel is a graduate of Andover College in Maine. She holds a Producer license with both Life & Health and Property & Casualty Authority. She has also earned the AIS (Associate in Customer Service), CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), and AU (Associate in Underwriting) designations and is a member of the Maine Employee Benefits Council.
